Sweden: Jönköping, Stockholm

What happens if the recipient is absent at delivery?
Couriers will attempt delivery 2–3 times or deliver to a local collection point.
A notice will be left with pickup instructions.
If the order is returned to us, €45 will be deducted from your refund.
What is the delivery time?
Dispatch: 24–48 hours
EU delivery: ~3 business days
Outside EU: 5–7 business days
How can I track my parcel?
Once your order is marked “Completed”, find your tracking number in your celenvo.com account under Orders.
Enter the tracking number on the courier’s website (UPS, FedEx, or DHL).
Which countries do you deliver to?
Worldwide delivery via UPS, FedEx, DHL.
Exceptions: Russia, Belarus, Ukraine.
What happens if a parcel is stopped at customs?
We provide all required documentation.
Any customs fees must be paid by the recipient.
Why isn’t my tracking number working?
Tracking may take a few hours to update after a label is created.
