Returns and Refunds
We stand behind the craftsmanship of every Celenvo piece. If something isn't right, we're here to assist — with care, clarity, and ease.
Eligibility for Returns
Retail Clients: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Wholesale Partners: Return requests for defects or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of receipt.
To be eligible:
Item must be unworn, in original condition, with all tags, including the Celenvo Security Tag, attached
Original packaging, dust bags, cards, and inserts must be included
Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required
How to Initiate a Return
Email us at help@celenvo.com with your order number and reason for return
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, include clear photos of the issue and product tag
Wait for written confirmation and return instructions before shipping
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Shipping Instructions
Returns must be shipped within 14 days of approval
Use a trackable courier: UPS, FedEx, or DHL only (postal services are not accepted)
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect or defective
Returns received outside the window will be declined and returned to the original address
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
We will notify you of the outcome via email
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days
Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund
If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, contact us at help@celenvo.com
Exchanges
To exchange an item:
Place a new order for the desired item
Submit a return request for the original item
Follow the return process above
