Shipping Policy

Overview

Celenvo offers fast, secure, and insured worldwide shipping through our trusted logistics partners FedEx, DHL, and UPS. All orders are processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours (1–2 business days) after payment confirmation, ensuring quick delivery and full tracking visibility.


Shipping Costs

We provide Free Worldwide Express Shipping on all orders.
Every parcel is fully insured and includes tracking information.


Processing & Handling

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 24–48 hours (1–2 business days) after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number.

Carriers

Shipments are handled exclusively by trusted express couriers:
DHL, FedEx, and UPS — automatically selected based on destination for the fastest delivery.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order is marked “Completed”, your tracking number will appear in your Celenvo Account → Orders.
Tracking may take several hours to activate after the label is created.

Delivery Attempts

Couriers will attempt delivery two to three times.
If the recipient is unavailable, the parcel may be delivered to a local collection point, and a notice will be left with pickup instructions. If the parcel is returned to Celenvo due to failed delivery, an estimated return-to-sender fee may be deducted from any applicable refund.


Shipping Coverage

We ship worldwide via express courier.
However, due to carrier restrictions, we currently do not ship to Russia, Belarus, or Ukraine.


Customs & Import Duties

All international shipments include the required export documentation.
Any customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid upon delivery. Celenvo cannot alter declared values or mark shipments as gifts.
