How do I request a return?

We offer a 14-day return policy from the day you receive your parcel.

Ship the return back within 14 days using a method with an active tracking number.

Acceptable carriers: UPS, FedEx, DHL (no regular postal services).

What should I do if I received the wrong or a damaged item?

Submit a return request within 14 days of delivery.

Attach photos showing the tag, the item, and the defect.

We will provide a return label and issue a refund once the item is received.

All returns require a Return Request before shipping.

How do I exchange an item?

Place a new order for the desired item or size.

Is there a restocking fee?

No, we don’t charge a restocking fee.
